A350 will perform demonstration flights at MAKS-2019
aerobd.news : The long-range wide-body aircraft Airbus A350-900 will be demonstrated at the International Aviation and Space Salon. The aircraft will be presented on a static display. Also, the liner is announced in the flight program from the 27th to the 31st of August.
The prototype will take part in the exhibition with the serial number MSN 002 and the tail number of F-WWCF. This airliner, previously demonstrated at MAKS, was involved in certification tests. Its distinctive feature is a “carbon” livery, symbolizing advanced technologies for the use of composite materials in aircraft construction. A passenger compartment is installed on board, and the liner is also equipped with light testing equipment.

Airbus A350-900 is part of the Airbus A350 XWB family of long-range wide-body twin-engine passenger aircraft. The liner accommodates from 300 to 350 passengers in a standard three-class configuration.
International aviation and space salon MAKS-2019 will be held in Zhukovsky, Moscow region, according to the Government Decree №2403-p of 30.10.2017 and the order of the Government of Russian Federation №2523-р of 20.11.2018. Ministry of Industry and Trade and the State Corporation for assistance in development, production and export of high-tech industrial produce “Rostec” have been appointed as event organizers. MAKS-2019 is hosted by the Aviasalon JSC.
