SCHIEBEL WINS PRESTIGIOUS FOLLOW-ON CONTRACT WITH ROYAL THAI NAVY

aerobd.news ::  Schiebel wins another contract in Thailand to supply additional CAMCOPTER® S-100 systems to the Royal Thai Navy (RTN).

UAS market leader Schiebel has been awarded its second contract in just three years by the Royal Thai Navy, signed with Lt. General Apichai Sompolkrang, Director of the Naval Acquisition Management Office in Bangkok. RTN Programme Director, Captain Anurat Siriwong, witnessed the contract signature.

The contract will be completed before the end of 2022 and the RTN will deploy the CAMCOPTER® S-100 systems for land and sea based Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations. Schiebel won its first contract with the RTN in 2019and those helicopters are fully operational in Thailand.
