Traveler Information

• Bring your own face mask and gloves and wear them at the
  airport and onboard all Lufthansa Group flights. This applies to the
  entire journey. Maintain social distancing at all times.
• Download the COVID19 – DXB Smart App and fill out the health
  declaration form, both when leaving and returning
• Thermal Screening will be performed.
• Arrive at Dubai International Airport 4 hours before departure, not
  before.
• Kindly check the airport’s website to identify your flight’s Terminal
• No carry-on luggage allowed, only laptop, handbag, briefcase or
  baby items. You may check in your carry on in addition to your
  regular check in luggage free of charge- according to your travel
  class.
• Online check in is available.
• Health Certification required by final destination, if applicable.
• All Airport lounges are closed.

Starting July 5th, Lufthansa will fly again from Dubai to
Frankfurt and beyond, initially with 3 weekly flights*. The first
flight from Frankfurt will operate on Sunday July 5th.
